Refund policy

We are responsible for the quality of our products. If a product does not meet the reasonable expectation that you may have, we would like to hear from it and we will look for a suitable solution.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is wine, the seal of which has been broken after delivery. For reasons of health protection, wine is not suitable for being returned when the seal has been broken

The legal guarantee applies to all products that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us!

You have the right to withdraw the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, gets it physically in possession.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) to revoke the agreement. You can use the model form for withdrawal (PDF) for this, but are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) In any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement, from us back. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded.

We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you have performed the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; In any case, no costs will be charged for such a repayment. We can wait with a repayment until we have received the goods, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, depending on what time it will first fall.

You must return or hand the goods to us again, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have announced the decision to revoke the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
