The Good Wine Selected by Robert Eden
Robert Eden selected organic grapes on behalf of The Good Wine and made these beautiful wines. The Merlot Grape is from West-Languedoc and the Sauvignon Blanc is a mix of Southwest France and Languedoc.
Robert pays a lot of attention to the quality and biological management of the grapes.
The wines are made by an experienced team of winemakers according to a traditional method with great respect for nature. The wine is made from organically grown grapes.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked at the end of August and the Merlot grapes at the beginning of September. Due to the hot weather in the summer, we try to keep the grapes as cool and fresh as possible. For example: the grapes for the Merlot are picked at 4 o'clock in the morning to ensure that the newly plucked grapes are cool and thus not overheated by the sun.Due to the perfect quality and health of the grapes, no cheminals, pesticides or animal products have been used while making this wine. Therefore, The Good Wine is 100% organic and vegan.
